Questions, problems, or feedback about Signal: Binaural Beats — we read everything that comes in here.
Yes. Binaural beats work by sending a slightly different tone to each ear, which your brain then perceives as a third, pulsing tone. Speakers mix both channels together before they reach you, so the effect doesn't work without headphones — any wired or Bluetooth pair will do.
No. Signal doesn't have accounts, sign-in, or sign-up of any kind. Everything works immediately, and your settings are stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No. Signal is a meditation and wellness tool, not a medical device, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. See our Terms of Use for the full picture, including when to check with a doctor first.
Sending these details up front helps us fix things faster.
No. Signal Full is a one-time purchase. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel, and it will not appear under Subscriptions in your iPhone settings. The four modes and every session length are free without it.
Open Signal, tap the menu button in the top right, and choose Restore. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it will come back on any device signed in with the same account. You will not be charged again.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple — we are not able to process them ourselves. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
